The warranty covers any defects in material under normal use during the warranty period.
Where should I go to get the warranty?
If your product is non-functional on arrival, or is otherwise eligible for return, you can call cosmeticsworldbd.com within 3 days of Delivery to initiate a return or exchange (subject to terms and conditions). Check our Return Policy before. If more than 3 days have passed after delivery and the product has a warranty, a warranty card will be included in the packaging. Call our customer service to get warranty service. We will pick the product from you free of cost; however, there will be shipping charge of tk49 inside Dhaka, and tk99 outside Dhaka when we deliver the serviced product. Service of your product will be ensured within 7 working days.
How will I get warranty if I live outside Dhaka?
If you live outside Dhaka, please send your product by courier service. After receiving your product, it will take 10 working days to ensure service of your product and deliver the product back to you.
What am I supposed to write in the return/servicing form?
You will have to write down the order number, details of the problem you are facing with your product. We will check the quality of the product against your claim, if found satisfactory, we will send the product to the manufacturer for servicing.
